In a special edition of his weekly Bulletin to Ward Councillors, Isle of Wight Chief Executive Steve Beynon has today announded Government approval of the Island's Outline Business Plan and committed £364.6M towards it. This is significantly more than the original award of £325M that, says Steve Beynon, will enable more services and amenities to be improved under the PFI project.
